Ideal candidates have a deep commitment to Christ’s church, a posture of humility, curiosity and grace, and a willingness to be coached. They ask thoughtful questions, prioritize teamwork, and are eager to serve in multi-ethnic and diverse contexts. They empower others, making disciples who make disciples who make disciples. They have a multiplication mindset.

Rooted in the Wesleyan tradition, they care deeply for those outside the church and long for them to experience God’s restoration and love.
